Stained glass window in Sevilla, Spain with two people sitting on a bench below it.
It looks like a representation of the Greek myth of Prometheus: The wisest of the ancient Titans he had brought fire to the humans and, in Zeus' opinion, cheated the Olympian gods of the best sacrificial meat. His punishment was to be chained to a rock and have his liver eaten every day by an eagle (or vulture).

Bar Doña Elvira in Barrio de Santa Cruz (Judería), SevillaBar Doña Elvira in Barrio de Santa Cruz (Judería), Sevilla, Spain.

The Barrio de Santa Cruz in Seville, Spain, is the former Jewish quarter, or Judería. It became favored by the town's nobility in the 17th century. It is a delightful place to visit for its character, its narrow alleys, its wrought-iron grilles and flower-filled patios. In the evening, the many restaurants overflow into the popular squares, including Doña Elvira, los Venerables Sacerdotes, Alfaro, Santa Cruz, and las Cruces.

Cathedral y Giralda, SevillaCathedral y Giralda, Sevilla, Spain.
Date: 2008-09-22
The Giralda ("weather wane") was originally constructed in 1184-98 as the minaret of the Seville mosque. The top story was added in the 16th century. The tower now stands 98 meters high. "Let us build a cathedral so immense that everyone, on beholding it, will take us for madmen", was supposedly the stated objective when the construction of Seville's Cathedral started in 1401. Arguably they succeeded: the cathedral, completed in 1507, is the third largest in Europe (after St Peter in Rome and St Paul in London). The cathedral houses the tomb of Christopher Columbus (Monumento de Cristóbal Colón) and many treasures.
