Japanese Garden on the Roof of the New Otani Hotel, Los Angeles, CA

The formal Japanese garden covers about 1/2 acre of the roof of the New Otani Hotel and Garden.

The hotel has "Japanese Experience" rooms with tatami mats and futon beds, and the food in the restaurant is authentic Japanese. There are also American options for both food and rooms.

The hotel is now the Kyoto Grand Hotel.
